Ibedul Morcilla Ibérica Bellota is a traditional Spanish blood sausage of exceptional quality, made from the meat and fat of Iberian pigs that feed on acorns (bellota) in the oak groves of Extremadura. Produced by Ibedul, it combines artisanal production with the long tradition of Iberian cured meats. Its unique origin and Bellota-fed upbringing give it an intense aroma, a delicate seasoning, and an exceptionally tender texture, making it an authentic specialty of Spain’s Dehesa landscapes.
