Fuet - Die spanische Salami Spezialität

Fuet (katalanisch für "Peitsche" ) ist eine aus Katalonien stammende dünne, luftgetrocknete Hart- bzw. Dauerwurst - Daher hat sie die Namensgebung ihrer Form zu verdanken. Die Fuet ist neben der Chorizo und der Salchichón Spaniens berühmteste Wurst-Spezialität. Sie wird in der Regel als Tapas zusammen mit etwas spanischen Schinken, Käse und Baguette gereicht.
