The Alejandros' family business is one of the reference providers of Spanish sausage craftsmanship. The quality of the chorizo is characterised by very good meat and a great deal of craftsmanship. Flavoured with Spanish paprika. Otherwise flavoured only with salt and spices. The pigs that provide the meat for this famous chorizo are reared by the butcher's partner farms under strictly defined fattening and feeding conditions. Since 1987, the company has specialised in the traditional, natural production of this Spanish sausage.
