• Josep Masachs - Masia Salat - Bio Cava

Here we have the salad - Delicately fresh organic cava made from Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada grapes with low acidity - matured for 12 months - A very special Catalan D.O. Cava quality sparkling wine.

Pale yellow in colour. Intense aromas of ripe white fruit on the nose. Fine and persistent perlage.  Soft, delicate and balanced on the palate. Fresh and low acidity. Dominant mature notes, with light toasted and yeasty flavours.

Food recommendation: Ideal with fish dishes, drizzled or in sauce, rice dishes with seafood, vegetarian dishes such as salata or pasta, etc.

Also goes very well with desserts, sweet dishes or starters
