For the Artajo 10 product line, the Arbequina olives are harvested very early. This results in exceptional quality. The oil has a maximum acidity of 0.2°. It is intensely fruity, with a very balanced ratio of spicy-bitter notes. This olive oil is perfect in cold dishes (as an ingredient in salads, etc.) but is equally suitable for frying and cooking. For the production of this olive oil, 10 kg of olives per litre were processed in the oil mill, which is located in the middle of the olive groves of Aceite Artajo.
