Alhema d'Queiles Organic Olive Oil Virgen Extra 3l

Alhema d'Queiles is a cold-extracted award-winning organic olive oil from Navarre, considered one of the best oils in the country. It is made from the Arbequina variety of olive and contains a tiny amount of the little-known autochthonous Arroniz variety, a speciality of Navarre that adds fragrant accents to the oil. This olive oil gives pleasure every time you use it.

It is fine and noble in aroma, fruity and unobtrusive, piquantly fresh and exceptionally pure and multi-layered floral in scent. In consistency, it is creamy and less greasy, more fragrant. On the palate, it leaves a subtle hint of spicy pungency that signifies freshness and careful craftsmanship. A crystal clear, gentle olive oil with an intense aroma reminiscent of green tomatoes and fresh herbs. A slight hint of almonds harmoniously rounds off the character of this exquisite oil.

Alhema d'Queiles is a top oil for lovers who understand the art of tasting and seasoning with olive oil. It is aromatically accentuated and refined, and its purism is taken to the extreme. It embodies the joy of artisanal quality and the art of simplicity. The oil is carefully and gently extracted in a modern Alfa Laval oil mill, ensuring its high quality.

Alhema d'Queiles is too good to be used for frying. It is perfect for seasoning and refining delicate vegetable dishes, lukewarm and cold salads, as well as for the spicy refinement of fresh fish and slow-cooked meat at low temperatures. This fine olive oil adds exceptional depth of flavour to dishes and is a delight for discerning palates who appreciate the quality and sophistication of Mediterranean cuisine.
