Loxarel - a pèl Ancestral 2017

The Loxarel - a pèl Ancestral Pet Nat is a refreshing and sparkling sparkling wine from the Penedès region of Spain, made from 100% Xarel-lo grapes. It is made in clay amphorae according to the traditional Ancestral winemaking techniques. The juice is spontaneously fermented in the bottle and the carbonic acid is created by the natural fermentation process, giving the wine its unique character and light carbonation. It exudes refreshing lemon notes with hints of apple and biscuit. This wine is ideal for hot summer days and goes perfectly with pasta, a light salad or a seafood platter. With its bright and refreshing flavours and natural carbonation, it is the perfect wine to share with friends and family.
