Parés Baltà Mas Petit is an expressive organic red wine from the Penedès, created for approachable everyday enjoyment while retaining a distinctive regional character. The current 2025 vintage is a blend of Grenache and Sumoll, combining Grenache’s generous fruit with the lively freshness of Sumoll. Parés Baltà is a renowned family-owned Penedès winery known for organic and biodynamic viticulture, vegan wines and minimal intervention in the cellar.

In the glass, Mas Petit shows an intense red colour. The nose is expressive and fruit-driven, with red berry aromas and a subtle touch of Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is young, lively and fluid, offering juicy fruit, soft tannins and vibrant acidity. The finish is fresh, juicy and highly approachable. The current vintage receives no oak ageing; the grapes are hand-harvested, gently processed and cold-macerated before fermentation at 23 °C in stainless-steel tanks.

Best served at 14–15 °C, it pairs beautifully with tapas, cured meats, cheese and pâté, while also complementing rice dishes, fish and pasta. Its Penedès origin, biodynamically grown grapes and fresh, lively style make it a versatile wine for relaxed Mediterranean dining.
