Parés Baltà Honeymoon is an aromatic organic white wine from the Penedès, showcasing the elegant and highly fragrant character of the Parellada grape. The grapes come from Finca Les Torres, situated more than 750 metres above sea level, where a cool microclimate helps preserve their intense aromas throughout ripening. Parés Baltà combines long-standing family tradition with organic viticulture, vegan production and minimal intervention in the cellar.

In the glass, Honeymoon displays a bright straw-yellow colour with brilliant golden reflections. Its expressive nose reveals delicate orange blossom alongside ripe pear and apricot. On the palate, it is elegant, smooth and fresh, with a touch of residual sweetness balanced by lively acidity. No oak ageing is used: the hand-harvested grapes are gently pressed and fermented at 16 °C in stainless-steel tanks for three weeks, with fermentation stopped to retain a small amount of residual sugar.

Best served at 7–10 °C, Honeymoon pairs beautifully with sushi and Asian cuisine, blue cheese and foie gras, or can be enjoyed by the glass as an aromatic aperitif. Its high-altitude vineyards, distinctive Parellada character and organic production make it a particularly appealing expression of the Penedès.
