Ochoa - 8A Mil Gracias - 2018

• Ochoa - 8A Mil Gracias - 2018

Mil Gracias from the 8A series is a different, new and elegant wine from the Ochoa family winery that perfectly combines tradition and modernity.

The Ochoa family business has been a guarantor for sustainable and high-quality winegrowing in the Navarra region for many decades. This is also proven by this wine from the youngest winemaker of the Ochoa family, Adriana Ochoa. It is a wine that Adriana Ochoa always wanted to make, as the wines of the Graciano variety were usually blended wines. For this reason, it was a special challenge for her to make a Graciano 100%.

8A Mil Gracias is a special wine that will conquer even the most demanding palates. It surprises with its intense purple colour and aromatic flavour spectrum of spicy black fruits. "8a", by the way, was the grandfather's personal logo and thus the special name serves as a personal homage to him and her father - Mil Gracias is therefore understood as a personal thanksgiving to the family, also with the play on words Gracias / Graciano. The wine therefore combines the grandfather's wish that his granddaughter should create her own wine with the father's recommendation to develop the grape variety Graciano. The result is something to be proud of !

An ideal accompaniment to dishes with garlic, cheese and braised dishes such as roast lamb.

Recommended serving temperature: 16-18 ºC
