Parés Baltà - Blanc de Pacs - 2025

• Parés Baltà - Blanc de Pacs - 2025

Parés Baltà Blanc de Pacs is a fresh and elegant organic white wine from the Penedès, bringing together three traditional varieties of the region: Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada. As the winery’s first white wine, it holds a special place in the range and reflects the combination of long-standing family tradition, organic and biodynamic viticulture and gentle modern winemaking. Parés Baltà works with hand-harvested grapes and minimal intervention in the cellar to preserve the natural character of the fruit.

In the glass, it shows a bright lemon-yellow colour with brilliant straw-coloured reflections. The expressive nose reveals ripe pear and apple alongside white flowers and fresh citrus notes. On the palate, it is juicy, smooth and refreshing, with lively acidity and a fruity, crisp finish. No oak ageing is used; the varieties are fermented separately in stainless-steel tanks to preserve their freshness and fruit-driven character.

Best served at 6–8 °C, it pairs beautifully with fish and seafood, salads, cold dishes and tapas, or works perfectly as a refreshing aperitif. Its Penedès origin and blend of three traditional local varieties make it an authentic expression of Catalan wine culture.
