A dry and full-bodied wine made exclusively from the indigenous Prieto Picudo grape variety. The Rosado is a fresh and powerful wine that impresses with its intense cherry and raspberry flavours.Prieto Picudo is a typical grape variety that was originally found mainly in the north-west of Spain. Its name translates as compact and tapered, which refers to the pine nut-shaped grapes. This grape variety combines vigour and freshness as well as elegance and a pleasant form of rusticity. It ripens early and produces aromatic and concentrated grapes for powerful wines. Due to its acidic structure, it lends a fresh flavour to rosé wines made from Prieto Picudo.

This wine is ideal with rice dishes with fish or seafood, white meat, fish (especially tuna and cod), mild cheese and pasta that is not overly flavoured.
