• Verum - Ulterior - Parcela No. 17 - Graciano - 2016

Intense dark cherry-red wine with aromas of fresh dark cherry, plus strong herbal and lavender flavours with a slight hint of cocoa. On the palate with finely integrated, soft tannins and present acidity, almost sweet and full in the mouth. Strong dark fruit flavours which last for a long time, adding light bitter tones towards the end, which in turn reveal a special character.

Matured for 4 months in French oak barrels and partly for 8 months in clay/clay amphorae. Grape varieties: 100% Graciano from organic farming.

In 2018, DECANTER magazine named Bodegas Verum as one of the 10 winemakers who are changing Spanish wine culture.
