Bodega Verdevique - Brut Nature - Bio Espumoso

• Bodega Verdevique - Brut Nature - Bio Espumoso

This sparkling wine, produced according to traditional methods, has developed its own identity over the 19 years of its production, due to factors such as the use of a native grape variety like Vigiriego or the special microclimate of the Sierra de la Contraviesa, its production area. It is a sparkling wine that is a favourite on special and festive occasions.

The sparkling wine has a distinctive carbonic acidity and the Vigiriego grape gives the Espumoso a distinct apple note.

Vineyards: On shallow slate soils with little organic matter and low yields, without chemical treatments, ensuring total protection of the environment. The vineyards are situated between 1150 and 1400 metres above sea level.

The philosophy of the García de Verdevique winery is to produce natural wines from the highest vineyards in Europe (1150-1400 metres) in the heart of the Sierra de la Contraviesa - Alpujarra de Granada. The wines are neither filtered nor stabilised, nor are chemical elements added to them, resulting in a wine of excellent quality in harmony with nature.
