Cerrato - Portillo - Curado

Delicious cheese from the Quesos Cerrato cheese dairy, made from pasteurised cow's milk (80%) and sheep's milk (5%). Matured for over 105 days. The interior of the Portillo Curado is firm and compact, with an intense white, almost ivory colour, which comes from the special mixture of milk (cow's and sheep's milk). Mild, soft and pleasant on the palate, with an optimal balance of maturation.

Portillo Curado is an excellent accompaniment to jams, honey and fruit.

Crianza white wines and medium to long matured red wines are suitable as wine recommendations for this cheese.

*Just like at the Spanish weekly market, we cut individual pieces of cheese fresh from the whole wheel. You can simply taste that this is not an industrially produced cheese. Each cheese therefore receives this special quality treatment to preserve its authentic flavour.
