Don Alvardo D.O.P. Manchego Semicurado is a semi-mature sheep’s milk cheese from Castilla-La Mancha with a Protected Designation of Origin (D.O.P.). Made from pure sheep’s milk according to a traditional recipe, it impresses with its balanced, delicately spicy flavour and creamy yet firm texture. The producer is renowned for its careful selection of raw materials and authentic production methods – a true classic of Spanish cheese culture.
