Parés Baltà - Ros de Pacs - 2025

• Parés Baltà - Ros de Pacs - 2025

Parés Baltà Ros de Pacs is a fresh and elegant organic rosé from the Penedès, expressing the fruity and aromatic character of the region. The family-run winery combines long-standing tradition with organic and biodynamic viticulture and gentle winemaking. The current 2025 vintage is presented as a blend of Garnacha and Xarel·lo and forms part of the winery’s young, fresh Origen range.

In the glass, it displays a delicate, luminous pale pink colour. Its elegant nose reveals wild strawberries, ripe banana and subtle creamy notes. On the palate, it is smooth, light and refreshing, with lively acidity, a delicate touch of residual sweetness and a fragrant red-fruit finish. No oak ageing is used: the grapes are hand-harvested, gently pressed and briefly macerated with the skins before the varieties are fermented separately for around 25 days in stainless-steel tanks.

Best served at 7–10 °C, it pairs beautifully with salads, rice dishes, pasta and pizza and is equally enjoyable by the glass. Its Penedès origin, organic production and fresh fruit-driven style make it a versatile companion for warm summer days and relaxed Mediterranean dining.
