Xenysel - Xenys 12 Meses - 2018

The Xenysel - 12 Meses was produced according to the strict regulations of the D.O.P. Jumilla in organic quality from 100% Monastrell grapes from old vines.  After maceration and fermentation, this wine matures in new French and American oak in light and soundproofed rooms for 12 months.

The wine has an intense cherry red colour and violet nuances in the glass. The nose is dominated by the aroma of ripe fruit and notes of rust and smoke with fine tannins of very ripe fruit. On the palate, this wine is complex and well-structured.

A suitable wine for meat dishes such as chops or suckling pig as well as savoury stews.
