Xenysel - Nydia 4 - 2019

With the Xenysel - Nydia 4 Meses, you can enjoy a strong, fruity Monastrell red wine that has been matured in French and American oak barrels. It is matured for four months in a dark and quiet room.

In the glass, it shows its cherry red colour with violet reflections. On the nose, it has fruity notes such as blackberry, cherry and raspberry as well as toasted and smoky notes with fine tannins of ripe fruit. On the palate, the wine is complex and well-structured, soft, fruity with fine spicy notes.

This wine goes very well with savoury meat dishes such as lamb chops, Angus pork or suckling pig

Optimal drinking temperature 14ºC - 18ºC
