The grapes come from the oldest vineyards in the eastern Axarquía of Málaga, just a few kilometres from the Mediterranean. Hundred-year-old bush vines grow in vineyards at an altitude of 500-850 metres on slate soils interspersed with white quartz.

The grapes are harvested by hand, with 15 kilos of grapes per crate. They are carefully taken to the historic ‘paseros’, which are used to dry the sultanas produced in the region, where they are laid out in the sun to dry, bunch by bunch. Once the desired sugar content is reached, they are destemmed and gently pressed to obtain low volume, high quality musts.

Dark golden colour. Delicate with light, complex and harmonious flavours. A concentration of honey jam and lychee fruit, accompanied by a warm smoothness and exotic freshness. An appropriate acidity and restrained sweetness ensure a beautiful, balanced finish.
