Binigrau - Nounat - 2025

The renowned Bodega Binigrau, located on the idyllic Balearic island of Mallorca, proudly presents its exquisite white wine, the "Nounat". This exquisite drop is made from the autochthonous Mallorcan grape variety Prensal Blanc and refined with a small amount of Chardonnay, which expresses the authenticity and diversity of the island in every bottle.

The Binigrau Nounat shines in a radiant straw-yellow hue and immediately entices the senses with a complex and seductive bouquet. Aromas of peaches and pears combine harmoniously with floral notes of acacia blossom and jasmine. The touch of Chardonnay adds subtle nuances of vanilla and brioche that make the taste experience even more complex.

On the palate, the Nounat reveals an impressive fullness and elegance. The finely integrated acid structures give it a refreshing liveliness, while the delicate minerality of the soil expresses itself in a salty nuance. This wine impresses with its well-balanced combination of fruitiness and creaminess, which gives it a remarkable length on the finish.
