Celler La Muntanya - Cavall de Foc - Chardonnay

The Cavall de Foc Chardonnay from Celler La Muntanya is an elegant white wine from Alicante that impressively combines the Mediterranean terroir with the philosophy of the sustainable ‘minifundio’ concept. The carefully cultivated Chardonnay grapes from small, naturally farmed plots give it an expressive aroma with notes of ripe fruit, subtle citrus hints and a touch of vanilla. In the glass, it presents a clear, golden-yellow hue with lively reflections, whilst on the palate a balanced structure unfolds with pleasant freshness and subtle creaminess. Served at 8–10 °C, it pairs excellently with fish, seafood or white meat dishes and represents an authentic, artisanal white wine with regional character.
