Celler La Muntanya - Almoroig Syrah - 2018

The Almoroig Syrah from Celler La Muntanya is a powerful yet elegant red wine from Alicante that bears the hallmark of the unique Minifundio concept. Sourced from small, sustainably farmed plots, the Syrah grape reveals its Mediterranean character here with intense aromas of dark berries, pepper and delicate spices. Barrique ageing lends the wine additional depth, subtle toasted notes and a harmoniously integrated structure. In the glass, it displays a deep ruby red colour with violet hues; on the palate, it is dense, full-bodied and balanced with velvety tannins. Served at 16–18 °C, it pairs superbly with grilled meat, game dishes or strong cheeses and embodies authentic, terroir-driven wine enjoyment.
