Celler La Muntanya - Almoroig Graciano

The Almoroig Graciano from Celler La Muntanya is a characterful red wine from Alicante that impressively embodies the unique ‘minifundio’ concept. Sourced from small, sustainably farmed plots, the rare Graciano grape variety reveals its full expressive potential here, with intense aromas of dark berries, floral notes and subtle spice. Ageing in barriques lends the wine additional depth, subtle toasted notes and an elegant structure. In the glass, it presents itself in a deep, dark ruby red, whilst on the palate it impresses with lively acidity, complex aromas and fine tannins. Served at a temperature of 16–18 °C, it unfolds its full potential and pairs superbly with game dishes, hearty meats or mature cheeses – an authentic, terroir-driven wine with a Mediterranean character.
