Artajo - 8 - Arbequina organic olive oil virgen extra 5l

Artajo 8 is an extra virgin olive oil - first cold pressing from 100% Arbequina olives from our own harvest, which are gently extracted exclusively with mechanical methods. The oil has a maximum acidity of 0.2°. It is intensely fruity, with a very balanced ratio of spicy-bitter notes. This olive oil is perfect in cold cuisine (as an ingredient in salads etc.) but is equally well suited for frying and cooking.

To produce this olive oil, 8 kg of olives were processed in the oil mill located in the middle of the olive groves of Aceite Artajo at the beginning of the ripening period. The cold extraction of the olive juice takes place no later than 2 hours after harvesting. This guarantees the extraordinary freshness and intensity of the aromas. This makes this olive oil ideal for daily, cold or warm use in the kitchen.
