Gofio made from 100% corn flour and salt.

This gofio from the Canary Islands was produced according to a traditional grain selection process. Finely ground in stone mills and delicately roasted, preserving all the grain's nutritional properties. 

Gofio is easily digestible and very rich in natural, nutritious elements. It is produced by grinding roasted grain.

Gofio contributes to a healthy diet. It has many vitamins, minerals, proteins and carbohydrates. Produced under optimal conditions and total quality assurance, this natural product offers its very special traditional taste.
It is an easy-to-use food with which it is possible to prepare a wide variety of dishes and desserts.
As it is already roasted, it can be eaten as it is - e.g. with a little oil, water or milk - and a little honey mixed in.

Gofio is still one of the most important foods of the Canarios.
