Bodegas Arautava - Arautava Listán Negro - 2021

The Arautava Listán Negro Madurado en Barrica is a bright cherry red wine with dark purple tones, which has matured for 4 months in oak barrels. On the nose, it has a medium-high spicy intensity of vanilla, black fruit and tobacco. The aroma is balanced and flavourful with ripe tannins. On the palate, it is fruity and slightly bitter with a lingering finish with a chocolatey memory.

Made from 100% Listán Negro grapes from vines in the D.O. Valle de la Orotava , planted on a stony but very rich soil, the result of the volcano and the passage of time.

An excellent wine with exotic fruits, pizza, pasta, cold meats and cheese, which is best enjoyed at a drinking temperature of between 14 and 17 degrees.
