Composition of grains in this multigrain gofio from 7 varieties: maize 52%, wheat 23%, barley 6.8%, rye 5.7%,oats 4.5% ,rice 4% and chickpeas 4%. 

This gofio from the Canary Islands was produced according to a traditional grain selection process. Finely ground in stone mills and delicately roasted, preserving all the nutritional properties of the grain. 

In the Gofios Agrocanarios 2018 competition, this gofio achieved a gold medal.

Gofio is easily digestible and very rich in natural, nutritious elements. It is produced by grinding roasted cereals.

Gofio contributes to a healthy diet. It has many vitamins, minerals, proteins and carbohydrates. Produced under optimal conditions and total quality assurance, this natural product offers its very special traditional taste.
It is an easy-to-use food with which it is possible to prepare a wide variety of dishes and desserts.
As it is already roasted, it can be eaten as it is - e.g. with a little oil or water or milk - and a little honey mixed in.

Gofio is still one of the most important foods of the Canarios.
