Roncesvalles White Chocolate is free from artificial colours and preservatives.  High cocoa content with relatively low sugar content.

The chocolate is made by the Subiza family's artisan chocolate factory, which has been officially awarded the Diploma of Master Craftsmen and Artisan Craftsmen by the Government of Navarre since 1995. It is also a member of the Navarre Artisan Food Association.

The Subiza family has known how to pass down from generation to generation the secrets of a craft whose techniques Manuel Subiza learned in France in the mid-19th century.
