Martin Códax - Alma - Atlántica Rosé

• Martin Códax - Alma - Atlántica Rosé

Partially fermented must, resulting in a low alcohol content (10.5%), which brings a perfect sweetness to balance the acidity of the Mencía grape. Fermentation takes place in isobaric tanks in which fine bubbles are naturally produced, which enhance the sensation of freshness. A project by Bodegas Martin Códax in which we travel to the origin of unique grape varieties with a marked Atlantic character. A fresh and lively wine in which the flavours of flowers and red fruits have been perfectly combined with the sweet notes of jellies and sweets. Balanced, easy to drink and with a long and very refreshing finish. Ideal with all types of light cuisine. We also recommend the following: Prepare a glass with plenty of ice, orange peel, lime and lemon. Add some fresh mint leaves and a few pink peppercorns. Alma Atlántica will fire your imagination.
