Martin Códax - Alma Atlántica Sangria Blanco

• Martin Códax - Alma Atlántica Sangria Blanco

Alma Atlántica Sangría Blanco combines the lightness of the Galician Atlantic coast with a modern interpretation of classic Spanish sangría. It is based on a fresh white wine made from selected grape varieties from the region, enhanced with natural flavours of citrus and white fruits. Barrel ageing has been deliberately avoided so that the lively freshness and fruity aromas are fully preserved. In the glass, the sangría presents a pale straw-yellow colour with brilliant highlights; on the palate, it impresses with a harmonious balance of fresh acidity, delicate sweetness and fruity notes of lime, apple and peach. Served well chilled at 6–8 °C, it is the ideal aperitif and pairs superbly with tapas, fish, seafood or summer dishes – an uncomplicated treat with the unmistakable flair of the Spanish Atlantic.
