Pimiento Choricero - Dried choricero peppers

• La Dalia Pimiento Choricero - Dried choricero peppers

Dried peppers are an integral part of Spanish (cooking) culture. They are often found drying on Spanish house walls and in kitchens.

The flesh of the red choricero peppers is considered a perfect seasoning for various meat, fish & vegetable dishes. In Spanish stews in particular, the peppers are often used by soaking them in water and later stripping off the pulp as a seasoning.  The traditional company La Dalia was founded in 1913 and thus has more than 100 years of experience in paprika and spice production. Today, the company combines centuries-old know-how with advanced production processes to meet the high quality standards. The company adheres to particularly strict quality standards and is regularly inspected and certified.
