• La Dalia ñoras de la Vera - Dried ñoras peppers

Dried peppers are an integral part of Spanish (cooking) culture. They are often found drying on the walls of Spanish houses and kitchens.

The flesh of the paprika is considered the perfect seasoning for various meat, fish and vegetable dishes and gives them a special colour and aroma. Especially in Spanish braised dishes, the paprika is often used.  The inside is scraped off and then, for example, processed in a mortar with a little salt and added to dishes. This seasoning is also used in sauces, such as Salsa Romesco.

The traditional company La Dalia was founded in 1913 and thus has more than 100 years of experience in paprika and spice production. Today, the company combines centuries-old know-how with advanced production processes to meet the high quality standards. The company adheres to particularly strict quality standards and is regularly inspected and certified.
