Sal de Ibiza - Fleur de
sel with black garlic

Sal de Ibiza is particularly rich in natural minerals and trace elements. In addition to careful extraction, this is due to the exceptionally good water quality in the ‘Parque Natural de Ses Salines d'Eivissa’ nature reserve, where the salt is harvested. After almost 2,800 years of continuous cultivation, these salt flats were declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1999. It is therefore a completely natural, 100% sea salt, without any additives such as bleaching or anti-caking agents, produced according to ancient traditional methods. It is only dried in the sun and then ground. The delicate Fleur de Sel from Sal de Ibiza tastes much milder and fresher than ordinary table salt. Black, fermented garlic flavours this limited edition Fleur de Sel from Ibiza. It gives it an umami taste. Part of the proceeds will be donated to Plastic Free Ibiza. The salt goes well with grilled meats, vegetables and seafood.
