Sal de Ibiza is particularly rich in natural minerals and trace elements. In addition to careful extraction, the exceptionally good water quality in the "Parque Natural de Ses Salines d'Eivissa" nature reserve, where the salt is harvested, is responsible for this. After almost 2,800 years of uninterrupted cultivation, these salt pans were declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1999. It is therefore a completely natural 100% sea salt, without any additives such as bleaching or separating agents, produced according to age-old artisan tradition. Only dried in the sun and then ground. This salt creation has been refined with rose petals, rose buds and a hint of the most precious rose oil and is therefore perfect as a "dessert salt" for dark chocolate mousse with vanilla ice cream, lamb and game dishes or oriental-inspired dishes such as tajine.
