Sal de Ibiza - Granito

Sal de Ibiza table salt "Granito" (granules) is a slightly coarser gourmet sea salt and is particularly rich in natural minerals and trace elements. In addition to careful extraction, the exceptionally good water quality in the "Parque Natural de Ses Salines d'Eivissa" nature reserve, where the salt is harvested, is responsible for this. After almost 2,800 years of uninterrupted cultivation, these salt pans were declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1999. It is therefore a completely natural 100% sea salt, without any additives such as bleaching or separating agents, produced according to age-old artisan tradition. Only dried in the sun and then ground.
