The "Bag in Box" carton has practical advantages. The spout on the outside of the box allows for easy and targeted dosing despite the three litres contained. Another advantage of the Bag in Box is that the olive oil keeps fresh longer after opening because the bag it contains contracts after oil is removed and therefore there is no accumulation of oxygen.

Mild in taste, with a slightly spicy and tart finish, from 100 to 200 year old olive groves.

Olive variety: Picual 100% from the family-owned olive groves in Andalusia, which have been in the family since 1850.

The olives are harvested in November and then processed into an unfiltered oil using the "cold pressing method" within just three hours of harvesting. This preserves the flavour optimally. The result is an olive oil of high quality with low acidity.

The organic olive oil Soler Romero from the Spanish province of Jaén impresses with its intense, full-bodied aroma. Its fruity sweet taste with a hint of bitterness gives this olive oil its complex structure and its intensely nutty aroma.

This olive oil is a versatile companion of the Mediterranean and international cuisine and refines salads and vegetables with a delicate pungency. It is ideal with salads, pasta, fish or meat dishes and for dipping bread. It also harmonises well with sweet vinegars.
