The origin of this dish dates back to the Middle Ages and consists mainly of chickpeas and meat. With the ready-to-serve Cocido Madrileño, Huertas has created a delicious stew made according to a traditional recipe. Only the best ingredients are used to prepare it: Chickpeas, chorizo (Spanish paprika sausage), black pudding, bacon and pork. The Cocido Madrileño from Huertas can be heated directly in the open tin in a bain-marie. You can also heat the contents in a pan or in the microwave in a suitable container.
