The Arbequina olive is small, has a round shape and an intense aroma. It is not for nothing that the best olive oils are made from this variety. They are ideal as an accompaniment to fish and are often combined with white wines.

die markante bittere Note ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, das "Kleinkalibrige" ganz nach meinem Geschmack,- wo heutzutage alles "jumbo" ist,- nach kalifornischer Manier.

Kleine Olive mit großem Geschmack und das mit nur drei Zutaten: Oliven, Wasser und Salz; sonst nichts! Auch wenn der Kern im Verhältnis zum Fruchtfleisch (wie bei allen kleinen Olivensorten) etwas dominanter ist, trotzdem absolute Kaufempfehlung! Der wunderbare Geschmack macht das locker wett.
