Tío Juan Cruz's Miel de Tomillo de las Estepas de Aragón is a distinctive thyme honey with an intensely aromatic flavour and warm depth, harvested from the wild herb landscapes of Aragon. This single-variety honey is produced sustainably and in a bee-friendly manner in the traditional family apiary, where careful management of the colonies and responsibility for nature and biodiversity guarantee its distinctive, pure character and highest quality – a true taste experience of Mediterranean diversity.
