Chufi - Original

• Chufi - Original

Chufi tigernut milk, also known as ‘Horchata de Chufa’, is special because of its unique, sweet and nutty flavour and its connection to traditional Spanish culture. It is made from tiger nuts (chufas), which give the milk a creamy texture and a natural, slightly earthy flavour. Chufi is known for its refreshing quality, especially on hot days, and is traditionally served cold.

Tigernut milk also has a long history in the Spanish region of Valencia, where it is deeply rooted in the local food culture. Its combination of natural sweetness and nutty flavours makes it a special alternative to conventional milk drinks.
