Segura y Mancha

Segura y Mancha is a family company that dates back to 1960 and which main goal is to obtain the most special Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Their olive trees grow in the fields of Seville, between Osuna and Pedrera. For generations they have been nurturing their family’s lands so that they can offer the best fruit.

Every year the olives are hand-picked at their optimum moment of ripeness slowly, one tree at a time, until the harvest is completed. The oil is then obtained from the olives utilising cold extraction mechanical processesing order to maintain and conserve the aromas, flavours and properties of the juice.
