La Fortaleza

La Fortaleza is dedicated to making and selling mantecados and polvorones (both types of soft and very crumbly Spanish shortbread) and a wide range of Christmas sweets. they also manufacture different types of artisan biscuits, and natural and wholemeal pastries.

The origins of the La Fortaleza go back to the year 1928 when the grandparents managed a chocolate factory. Today, the fourth generation of the family enterprise runs La Fortaleza with the same passion and dedication for a job well done. This enables them to offer the high quality sweets remaining true to the traditions of their predecessors.
