Ortiz - Ventresca de Bonito del Norte

• Ortiz - Ventresca de Bonito del Norte

The white tuna for ORTIZ Ventresca de Bonito del Norte is caught by the Spanish family business off the Basque coast from July to October. Only the particularly fatty and tender belly meat is used for this canned fish. Due to its delicate texture, it must be carefully processed by hand. The slightly aromatic flavour of the freshly caught fish is enhanced by high-quality olive oil and a little salt. The nostalgic bordeaux red box contains a traditional 110-gram tin in the colourful design typical of the Ortiz manufactory. Prepare irresistible salads or sandwiches with these delicious tuna fillets. Add them to pizza and pasta or serve the ORTIZ Ventresca de Bonito del Norte as a tapas speciality on caramelised onions.
