Simón Martín's Jamón Ibérico ‘Cebo de Campo’ with a green label combines traditional craftsmanship with natural breeding and a particularly balanced flavour profile. It comes from at least 50% Ibérico pigs, which are kept with plenty of space to roam in pastures and in the Dehesa. The animals feed on grain, grass and natural plants, but not exclusively on acorns, which gives the ham a harmonious, slightly nutty flavour. Naturally, production is carried out in strict compliance with Iberian quality standards and with complete traceability.

Processed by hand, gently salted and refined with natural sea salt, this ham is cured for around 24 months in the dry cellars of Guijuelo. During this time, the meat develops an appealing colour, a juicy, fine marbling and a tender texture with a pleasantly spicy character. The absence of artificial additives and preservatives underlines the natural quality of the product.
