Rustic Spanish Tapas Clay Bowl with Handles - Cazuela with 13,6 cm diameter made of extra fireproof clay

Rustikale spanische Tapas Tonschale - Cazuela (14 × 14 × 3.5 cm)

Cazuela 13,6 cm

This cazuela is made from particularly high-quality clay from the regions of Teruel, Zamora and Cuenza, which makes it especially durable and heat-resistant. One of the most remarkable features of the ceramic cazuela is its ability to conduct and store heat evenly. This makes it ideal for slow-cooked dishes such as stews, braises and sauces. This also ensures that the slow and even heat development allows the flavours of the ingredients to develop better, to be preserved and to intensify.

In addition to cooking, cazuelas can also be used to serve dishes at the table. They add an authentic and rustic touch to dishes.
