Original Blue Citrus Tonic Water

• Original Blue Citrus Tonic Water

Original Blue Citrus Tonic Water creates a striking impression with its brilliant blue colour and brings a fresh Mediterranean character to the glass. Its flavour combines vibrant citrus freshness with a pleasantly balanced bitterness. Lively notes of lime and lemon meet subtle nuances of grapefruit and bitter orange. The characteristic bitterness of quinine adds depth, while fine carbonation creates a refreshing and lively mouthfeel. The finish is fresh, pleasantly bitter and persistent, without becoming excessively acidic.

One of Original Tonic’s defining features is its distinctive combination of expressive colours and characterful flavour profiles. The brand is considered a pioneer of colourful premium tonics, creating modern variations that unite classic tonic bitterness with creative aromas. Original Blue Citrus Tonic Water is produced in Terrassa near Barcelona. Its proximity to the Sant Llorenç del Munt i l’Obac Natural Park reflects the producer’s Mediterranean roots and gives the speciality a distinctive regional identity.

This tonic water can be enjoyed well chilled over ice as a stylish aperitif. It is particularly suitable as a mixer for gin and tonic, pairing beautifully with dry, citrus-led or Mediterranean Spanish gins. It also works well with vodka, white rum or alcohol-free spirits to create refreshing long drinks. For an attractive presentation, garnish it with a twist of lime or lemon, grapefruit or a thin slice of bitter orange. Original Blue Citrus Tonic Water adds colour, freshness and a creative touch to both classic and contemporary drinks.
